Frequently asked questions
How do I change my reading languages?
Open Settings → Languages and choose English, Turkish, or both. You can also switch the active language inside the reader using the language toggle at the top of any story.
I ran out of free reads. What now?
Free accounts can open a limited number of stories per day. The counter resets every 24 hours. To remove the limit, subscribe from Settings → Manage subscription, or from the prompt that appears when you reach the limit.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Mininov directly. To cancel or change your plan: on iOS open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android open the Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I subscribed on another device. How do I restore it here?
Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Play Store account that purchased the subscription, then open Settings → Restore purchases inside Mininov.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open Play Store → menu → Account → Purchase history. We can help you locate the receipt if needed.
A story has an error or content I want to report.
Email hello@keremcebi.co with the story title and what you noticed (typo, mistranslation, broken paragraph, inappropriate content). Mininov is a small team and we read every report.
Are stories really AI-drafted?
Yes. Mininov publishes short fiction that is drafted with AI assistance and reviewed before publishing. Each story is presented in both English and Turkish so you can read in either language or compare them side by side.
Can I read offline?
Stories are streamed when you open them and need an internet connection. Offline reading is on our roadmap.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email hello@keremcebi.co from the address associated with your account, or include your account ID (Settings → About → Account ID), and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. Note: deleting the app does not by itself remove server-side data.
